MOHAMED's professional career includes 18 years’ experience in is anchored in decades of hands-on Lean experience in health care, manufacturing, government, and the service sector. He’s an international speaker, writer, mentor, executive coach, and an experienced trainer. He spent 12 years as senior sensei, executive coach, and Lean architect at Hartford Healthcare 18 years consulting on setting lean visions, advising on lean system designs, and leading full enterprise-wide lean transformations and spent 10 years teaching as a part-time professor in the School of Engineering & Technology Management at Central Connecticut State University. His experience offers a unique perspective on developing win-win strategic partnerships, building true principle-based lean architects, and driving cultural transformations toward astounding benefits and sustained long-term results. Mohamed is finishing up his PhD in Business Administration from Northcentral University, has a MSTM & BSME from Central Connecticut State University and Master Six Sigma Back Belt from Kaplan University.
