Multi-Site Process Management System





Design & implement a multi-site process management system (Infrastructure,improvement cycle process,communication templates, etc.) to enable an organization to rapidly improve, standardize and deploy new or revised processes consistently throughout all practices/sites/facilities.


This Pillar Design & with implementation is typically 8-12 weeks based on level of support from organization – and assuming appropriate technology support systems (conf call system GoTo Meeting etc.) are in place.
Organization to assign a process “owner” to maintain system once implemented.



Internal Organizational Assessment





A 6 weeks engagement designed to assess the strength and weaknesses within the organization.

The results of this internal environmental assessment enables leaders to be better informed as they formulate their Lean transformation. This assessment can be done at the

Dice Simulation Kit





This Dice Operation Simulation illustrate the effect of variation & dependent events on throughput,. All systems are exposed to variation & dependent events – regardless of product, process, customer. This will allow the learners in a fun and practical way of rolling dice, to improve performance by:

  • Eliminate sources of variability
  • Eliminate the # of dependent events

Learner will learn alternative ways then traditionally buffering sources of variation with capacity, lead time & inventory and to consider reducing it by more effective Lean approach's like Standard Work, Total Productive Maintenance, Mistake-proofing.
